Do you use AI?
Yes, with guardrails. The AI reads what comes in: the email, the order, the attachment. Amounts, VAT and customer data come from your own systems, not from the language model. Every step is logged, so everything is auditable.
How does this connect to our systems?
We work inside what you already have: ERP, WMS, accounting and email. No new software, no one has to learn anything new.
So what does our team still do?
They stop retyping and start deciding. The agent copies over, checks and reminds. You approve, handle the exceptions and talk to the customer. More orders no longer means more people.
What happens when the agent doesn’t understand something?
Then it stops and asks you. Once. We build the answer in, so the same question doesn’t come back.
What’s actually in the contract?
A minimum quality level: how fast, and how often right first time. If we miss it, you automatically get a discount on that month’s invoice, up to 25%. The condition: we have the right data, access and your input on time.
What can the agent decide on its own?
You decide that, per type of action. Answering a tracking question or entering a standard order, the agent does itself. A price that differs, a new bank account or a cancellation it puts to you first, with its recommendation. We set those rules at the start, and you can always tighten or loosen them.
How fast are we live?
Within 90 days. First we measure how things run now, then design, set up and test on your own orders, then go live in a controlled way. We stay on top of it ourselves, also after launch.
What does it cost?
No price per user. A one-off amount to build it, then a fixed monthly amount plus an amount per order processed correctly. When better AI models come out, your agents are connected to them right away at no extra cost. That way your business benefits from ever-better AI too.
What if our prices or rules change?
Just let us know. We update the working instructions. That’s included in the monthly fee.
Where is our data, and who can access it?
In your own systems. The agent works with its own login and only the permissions the task needs. No copy of your records at our end. You can revoke access at any time.
Does the technology keep up?
You pay for the outcome, not for a version. If a better model arrives, we put it in. You won’t notice a thing, except that it gets better.
How does the demo work?
