All content on this website — including text, copy, branding, logos, and the company-map visuals — is owned by Axonn B.V. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any part of it without our prior written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

misuse the site or interfere with its normal operation;
scrape, harvest or extract data abusively or in bulk;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, or breach the security of the site or its systems.

4. No warranties

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". The information on it is general in nature and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the site, and we may change, update, or withdraw any content at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axonn B.V. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Third-party links and embeds

The site links to and embeds third-party services, including Calendly (scheduling) and our own atlas.pretrain.com demo map. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, for which we are not responsible. See our Cookie Statement for how these load.

7. About our services

These website terms do not themselves create a service contract. Any engagement for Pretrain's services is governed by a separate written agreement and our Algemene Voorwaarden (general terms & conditions). Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement also applies.

Our Algemene Voorwaarden cover the commercial terms of an engagement — such as fees, term, ownership of deliverables, and liability — and are provided as part of contracting. They are separate from these website terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the Rechtbank Midden-Nederland in Utrecht, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
