1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1. Subscription Services:

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
  • If you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
  • After the initial 14-day period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

1.2. Pay-As-You-Go Services:

  • Refunds for pay-as-you-go services are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • We may offer partial or full refunds if there were technical issues on our end that prevented you from using the service as intended.

1.3. Pre-paid Credits:

  • Unused pre-paid credits are non-refundable but will remain valid for use according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.

  • Administrative fees
