Designed to complement your current exercise program, PreTrain combines rehabilitative-level exercises with progressive functional training to help you save time, money, and frustration.

Whether you’re at home, work, or travelling, PreTrain can be accessed anywhere – giving you the flexibility to work out anytime, any place.

How to use:

PreTrain should be performed 3-4 times per week. Below is a suggested guide for use. However, PreTrain can be performed at your own pace! Move on when you feel ready.

Module B includes the fundamental training to stabilize your core, shoulders, and legs.  The Shoulder Brace, PreTrain Brace, and Lower Extremity Brace should be mastered before starting Module 1.  These three components are applied to exercises throughout the PreTrain Fundamentals Program.

 

Week 1: Module 1.1

Week 2: Module 1.2

Week 3: Module 2.1 and 2.1.1

Week 4: Module 2.2 and 2.1.1

Week 5: Module 3.1

Week 6: Module 3.2

(*Module 2.1.1 can be used as needed throughout the program to improve mobility and flexibility.)
