  • Master proper movement patterns by incorporating high intensity, functional training that also build muscles while improving cardiovascular endurance
  • Perform 4 times per week
  • Use as a complete workout or as a warm up to your current exercise program

  • Strengthens your stability, balance, and proper movement patterns to prevent injury in athletic and everyday activities
